Love it Kerry and so glad Crossfit is back on the menu. I'm considering trying a lunchtime class if ever I recover from my training sessions with Shelley lol
Btw, I really admired your profile in the latest IBO newsletter. I didn't fully realize the struggle you had been through & the adversity you over came. You know, I can see you doing motivational talks. Think about it! :)
Hey Liz...by the sounds of it - Shelley is already giving you a shallacking...he..he..should prepare you well for crossfit then.
Nicole...I agree - simple, but when you think a little deeper, lots more to it. I think it epitomises 'how we do life'.
Robyn...thanks Robyn, however, not too sure about the motivational talks. I have a flair for the dramatic in the written sense, but put me in front of an audience, and well...that's a different matter.
I'm a mum with a beautiful 5yr old daughter and wonderful, supportive husband who loves to cook and keeps me on track when I go loopy!
I've overcome and achieved much, in the last 4 or so years. My daughter asked, "Mummy...when were the best times of your life?" I replied, "NOW...Now is the best time of my life!"

Excellent quote Kerry. So simple, yet it says sooooo much. Love it. And thanks for your comments on my blog :)
Love this, Kerry! Very serene & centred.
