Is it True?


Another eye candy shot, compliments of Crossfit.
So I'm wondering...do these guys always train without their shirts on? Hmmm...if that's true, then I'm definitely looking forward to training at Crossfit. :-)

PS: Thanks for the comments Kerry. Definitely going to keep at it, its working and you're proof it works plus I feel great so why stop!

I was there on Saturday when the guys did this work out - nice :-)

They do seem to take their shirts off for comps,not so much for regular training.
